These terms cover use of www.lalenarose.com and bookings for my services. You will receive the relevant service details and terms before committing to a booking. Visiting the site or making an enquiry does not commit you to paid work.

My work includes eco-somatics, embodied touch therapy, embodied astrology and Origin Movement. The particular format, scope, duration, location and price of your booking will be agreed with you in advance.

The work is experiential. Individual experiences vary, and no particular result is guaranteed. These services do not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment or emergency care, and do not replace appropriate advice or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.

Your boundaries, pace and choices matter. You can ask questions, decline an invitation, pause or stop a practice at any time.

Where touch is offered, its nature and boundaries must be discussed and agreed beforehand. Consent is ongoing and can be withdrawn. Agreeing to these terms or booking a session does not constitute consent to a particular form of touch.

Any work involving internal pelvic touch requires a separate explanation, suitability discussion and specific informed consent before it takes place. These website terms do not replace that process.

Please share information relevant to participating safely through the agreed intake process. If you are unsure whether a practice is appropriate for you, discuss this before participating and seek relevant clinical advice where needed. This does not remove my responsibility to provide services with reasonable care and skill.

The minimum age for accessing my services is 21 years old.

Sessions are booked by arrangement. A booking is confirmed when we have agreed the service, date or schedule, fee and payment arrangements, and I have confirmed the booking in writing.

A discovery call is a conversation about whether working together feels right. It does not oblige you to book further work. Discovery calls are free of charge.

Fees are shown on the relevant offering pages or provided directly and confirmed before you book, including any applicable taxes or unavoidable charges. Payments are due as agreed at booking. Programmes, immersions and packages are paid for in advance on the terms agreed with you.

There is currently no payment processor connected to the website. I will confirm how to pay when we arrange your booking.

If you need to reschedule, please contact info@lalenarose.com as soon as possible and give at least 48 hours' notice where possible. With at least 48 hours' notice, we can arrange another available date without a rescheduling charge.

Cancellations or requests to reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, including missed appointments, may be chargeable. Any charge will be reasonable, will not exceed the agreed fee for the affected session, and will reflect the loss directly caused by the cancellation after allowing for costs saved and any replacement booking. I will explain the charge rather than automatically retaining the full fee.

I will always do my best to find another way forward if circumstances are genuinely difficult. Any applicable statutory cancellation rights take priority over this policy.

Once a session has been delivered, its fee is generally payable and is not refundable simply because you change your mind. This does not affect your legal rights if the service was not provided with reasonable care and skill or as agreed.

If you cannot attend, please contact me about rescheduling. The cancellation provisions above may apply.

If you end a multi-session programme or package early, I will calculate any refund fairly, taking account of work already delivered at the allocation agreed when you booked and any reasonable cancellation loss. I will not count the same loss twice or retrospectively increase the price of completed sessions. Any balance due to you will be refunded. A refund required by law is not discretionary.

If I cancel a session, you can choose an alternative date or a refund for the cancelled service. If I cannot provide the remainder of a programme, you will receive a refund for the undelivered part unless you choose an agreed alternative.

Where the Consumer Contracts Regulations apply to a service booked online, by email or by telephone, you generally have 14 days from the day after the contract is made to cancel without giving a reason.

To cancel, email info@lalenarose.com or send a clear statement to St Arvans, Chepstow, Wales, UK before the cancellation period expires. You may use the form below, but do not have to.

If you want the service to begin during that period, I will ask for your express request before starting. If you then cancel during the period, you may have to pay a proportionate amount for services provided up to your cancellation, where the legal requirements for that charge have been met.

You lose this statutory cancellation right after the service has been fully performed only if performance began with your express consent and your acknowledgement that completing the service would end that right. Accepting general terms alone is not used as that request or acknowledgement.

Where a statutory refund is due, it will be made without undue delay and within 14 days of being informed of your cancellation, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee.

Some services, such as qualifying leisure activities on a specified date, may be exempt. Any applicable exemption will be identified before booking; it will not be assumed for all sessions or classes.

The confirmed booking details will state the venue or online arrangements and what you need to participate. For online sessions, please use a suitable private space and a reliable connection. If technical difficulties prevent delivery, contact me so we can agree an appropriate solution.

Respect other participants' privacy. Do not record, photograph or share another person's participation or personal disclosures without their permission. [Confirm Lalena's own recording policy and any separate consent process.]

The privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. Personal disclosures are treated confidentially, subject to lawful and necessary disclosures explained there. In group work, participants are asked to respect confidentiality, but I cannot guarantee another participant's actions.

Website writing, images and practice materials are protected by the intellectual property rights of their respective owners. You may read and use materials for their intended personal purpose. Please obtain permission before reproducing, distributing or selling protected material beyond what the law permits.

External links, including Substack, lead to services with their own terms. Linking to them does not make their services part of your session booking. A memoir announcement does not itself create a purchase or preorder.

Please contact info@lalenarose.com if something is wrong so I can discuss it with you and seek a fair resolution. Your statutory rights, including applicable rights to repeat performance or a price reduction for services, remain unaffected.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

The terms provided when you book apply to that booking. Later website updates will not retrospectively change an existing agreement without your agreement.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. This does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections or rights to bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law.
