What brings you here

You know how to be needed.
What do you want?

You notice what others need. You adapt, make things work and keep going. But when you turn towards your own desires, the answer may feel less clear — or harder to act on.

Perhaps you want to say no without explaining it away. To feel pleasure without putting it last. To make a choice because it matters to you.

This work gives you time to feel what you want and explore how to give it a place in your life.

A client's experience

"My time with Lalena Rose gave me an embodied knowing deep in my bones of how lovable and worthy I truly am. Just for being me. I have a new imprint of my worthiness embedded in my body that's already changing how I move through the world."

A personal introduction

Lalena Rose

I hold space the way I needed it held: fierce, loving, and without a single ounce of performance.

That means I respect your boundaries, your pace, your curiosity and your choice. I trust what you feel and notice, even when it is uncertain or quiet. We go as slowly as the body asks and no faster — and we keep a little room for warmth and humour along the way.

My practice is one of tending: to the body and the living world it belongs to, to desire as a form of life, to the symbolic life of the stars felt in the body. It is intimate work, and it is ordinary — a woman coming home to her own nature.
